Returns are free for UK customers

You can return any item for a refund or store credit, or exchange it for a different colour or size within 28 days of receiving your order. We know that having a pain-free, reliable way to return unloved items is very important to you, so we’ve partnered with Collect+ to offer the best FREE UK returns service possible.

Just drop your parcel off at any local newsagent or supermarket offering the Collect+ service. All of these shops have extended opening hours, 7 days a week, making it as easy as possible to return things, whether late at night or first thing in the morning. Remember to keep the receipt that the shop provides, so you’ll have proof of postage in case your parcel goes missing. You’ll be able to follow the progress of your return by clicking here.

International Customers

Unfortunately, we don't cover the cost of international returns, this charge will be at the discretion of the customer and we always recommend returning the goods back to us using a traceable service. We only refund for the cost of the goods that have come back to us. We do not refund the original postage charge or the return postage charge. Exceptions are, of course, made to items that are faulty or were sent out incorrectly on our part.

All goods will be inspected on return; if they arrive in an unsuitable condition, you may not be eligible for a refund and we may send the goods back to you. Your return will be processed within 2-3 working days of the goods being received by our warehouse.

Make sure your returns are safely packaged, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged upon receipt. Although the original packaging doesn’t have to be used, we’d appreciate it if you could try!
